MLL appeals

IMPHAL, Jun 18: Due to the lockdown situation, farmers  of Thoubal, Kakching and Bishnupur districts are facing hardships in procuring varieties of paddy seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, power tiller and tractor spare parts from the stockist and dealers, stated a press release issued by the Manipur Loumi Lup (MLL). MLL appealed to the Govt to ensure that adequate paddy seeds, fertilizers and pesticides for the Khariff season are available. It also appealed concerned authority not to restrict movement of dealers, shop owners dealing in agricultural machineries.
