CCpur felicitates Master Isaac, Manipur’s youngest matriculate

CCPUR, Jun 19 (DIO): Churachandpur district administration today felicitated its child prodigy Master Isaac Paulallungmuan, Manipur’s youngest matriculate.
Master Isaac Paulallungmuan came out with flying colours in the recently announced HSLC Exam conducted by BOSEM at a tender age of 12, thereby creating history as the youngest matriculate. Deputy Commissioner Pawan Yadav presented monetary assistance of Rs 10,000 to Isaac during a simple function attended by DLOs including Amrita Sinha, SP; Thangboi Gangte, Additional DC at DTC Hall.
Many DLOs expressed words of encouragement to the young achiever Isaac.
Speaking at the occasion, Master Isaac said he aims to become an IAS officer. The district officers present at the occasion wished him good luck in his future endeavour.
It may be mentioned here that Isaac’s parents had to obtain permission from the authority concerned to allow him to appear in the matric exam. After undergoing a psychological test, he was allowed to sit in the exam. He appeared from Mount Olive School, Kangvai and came out with flying colours, securing 72 per cent.
Speaking on the occasion, N Chingkhei, ZEO Churachandpur said that he would bear the cost of Isaac’s books till he finished Class XII. Isaac’s parents, Genkholian and Boijem presented traditional shawl each to the DC and SP as a souvenir of their son’s achievement.
