CM congratulates

IMPHAL, Jul 17: Chief Minister N Biren has extended congratulations to the students who have excelled  in different streams of Higher Secondary Examination (HSE 2020) conducted by  Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur.
In his congratulatory message, he also acknowledged the dedicated service of teachers of the State who toiled day and night for the success of their students.
He appealed not to lose heart to those students who couldn't clear the exam while hoping that they would strive to work harder to realise their potential and succeed in the next examination.
 N Biren also conveyed best wishes to the successful students in their future endeavours.
