IMPHAL, Jul 20: Member of Keinou Gram Panchayat Ward No 7 Ahongshangbam Prabha was killed in a road accident today at Tiddim Road in front of Keinou Panchayat Ghar.
She was reportedly hit by a speeding Hyundai Eon car while she was trying to cross the road. A case has been registered at Bishnupur police station.
