Imphal, Aug 16: Lions of Manipur have handed over 250 high-quality PPE kits under Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF) support of Lions Club International for front-line corona warriors as a lionistic gesture to fight COVID-19 pandemic in the State.
In a simple function held at Medical Directorate, Lamphelpat, the kits were handed over by Lion PMJF W Gopimohon Singh, Vice District Governor-II, district 322D to Dr K Rajo, Director Health Services, Prof Ch Arunkumar Medical Superintendent, RIMS and Dr T Rajen, Medical Superintendent JNIMS.
Past District Governor Lion MJF M Gojendra and co-ordinator Lion MJF P Rajamani were present along with other senior Lion members.
