Unidentified man

IMPHAL, Sep 15: An unidentified man who was found lying unconscious on a bridge over Leishang Hiden, Lilong the previous night at around 10 passed away on September 13 at RIMS, said police today.
The man about 21-25 years of age has elongated face, fair skin and is medium built. Has short black hair and height is about 5 feet and 7 inches (170 cm). He was wearing three Jantras with mixed white, black and green threads around the waist. Has earring holes on both earlobes and is circumcised, said police informing public for identification.
A case has also been registered at Irilbung Police Station for investigation, police added.
