AMWJU condoles

IMPHAL, Jan 14 : All Manipur Working Journalist' Union (AMWJU) has condoled the demise of senior journalist and former Editor of Eastern Standard Sorokhaibam Nailendra yesterday at his residence.
A meeting of the standing committee of AMWJU observed a two minute silence for the departed soul to rest in peace and shared the grief of the bereaved family.
Sorokhaibam Nailendra was pivotal in the formation of AMWJU and Manipur Press Club and was the second general secretary of the union, said AMWJU in a statement.
