P Doungel felicitated

IMPHAL, Jan 23 : The All Manipur Body Builders Association has feted P Doungel, IPS on being appointed as the Director General  (Prisons) today.
P Doungel is an eminent body builder of the State who also has Mr India title in his name. He is also a patron member of the All Manipur Body Builders Association.
P Doungel is first among athletes to be promoted to the post of Director General (Prison).
The members of the association while expressing happiness over  his appointment as Director General (Prison) also extended best wishes to him to achieve more in the future.
