Books released

IMPHAL, Jan 3 : A book authored by Professor  Kh Kunjo and another two books translated into English by him were released today at Manipur Hindi Parishad Hall, Old Assembly Road.
The books namely 'Bir Tikendrajit Road' and 'Idu Ningthou' were translated into English by Professor Kh Kunjo under the sponsorship of Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi while 'Bharatki Folklore Neinaba Wareng Khara' was the third book released today.
The book released function was graced by Dr Jodhachandra Sanasam, Sahitya Akademi Awardee and member of General Council, Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi; Professor Huirem Bihari Singh, president, The Cultural Forum, Manipur and Professor N Rajmuhon Singh, Chemistry Department, Manipur University as presidium members.
Dr Akham Tejmani Singh, Associate Professor and English Department HOD at Nambol L Sanoi College and Dr Makhonmani Mongsaba, Sahitya Akademi Awardee and Assistant Professor, Manipur University of Culture introduced the books which were released today.
