Training programme concludes

BISHNUPUR, Jan 4: The 2-day mandal level political training programme organised for Thanga, Moirang and  Bishnupur ACs at Ningthoukhong Bazar Community Hall concluded, today.   
The training programme was organised by BJP Bishnupur District Committee in collaboration with the BJP units of Thanga, Moirang and  Bishnupur.  
The valedictory function of the 2-day programme was attended by BJP Manipur Pradesh spokesperson M Ashnikumar, BJP Bishnupur president RK Bimola Devi and presidents of the three Mandals.
At the ceremony, M Ashnikumar said that the then Congress Government which governed the State for consecutive terms (15 years) undermined democracy during its tenure.
However, since the coming of the BJP led Government headed by CN N Biren Singh, the suffering of the people has been alleviated with numbers of bandh and blockade dropping considerably, he added.
M Ashnikumar also appealed to the workers and supporters of BJP to strengthen the party.
