TOM Tv observes 3rd foundation day

IMPHAL, Oct 2: The third foundation day of Times of Manipur (TOM) TV was celebrated at its office at Konjeng Leikai Maning  near Airport today.
Director of JNIMS, Professor L Deben, Chief Editor of TOM TV, A Mobi, President of Editors Guild Manipur, Khogendra Khomdram and Director of TOM TV, Byron Mutum graced the occasion as the presidium members.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof L Deben said that ever since TOM Tv came into existence, it has been dispensing useful informations and messages to the masses.
Emphasizing on the special news about the deplorable conditions of those people who are deprived of adequate medical facilities, he said that such news reports have garnered attention of the masses and the Government.
He lauded such humanitarian initiatives of TOM Tv and expressed belief that it will be continued in future as well. As a part of the celebration, saplings were planted in and around the office complex and staff of TOM Tv donated blood at JNIMS.
