Anganwadi workers and helpers hail State Cabinet for honorarium hike

The Anganwadi Workers and Helpers Union Manipur has hailed the State Cabinet's decision to increase the honorarium of Anganwadi workers by Rs 1000 and helpers by Rs 600.
The union in a press release expressed gratitude to the State Government for actualising the demands of the Anganwadi workers and helpers in view of the enormous contributions made by them for the well being of the society.
The union also lauded the Union Government's initiative for including the Anganwadi workers and helpers in the enrolment of e-SHRAM cards to provide social security to unorganised workers.
