Huirem Memma condoled

Apunba Manipur Kanba Ima Lup (AMKIL) has condoled the untimely demise of Huirem Memma Leima, former advisor of Jiri Ima Meira Paibi Apunba Lup (JIMPAL) who passed away on December 15.
Two minute silence was observed as a mark of respect to the departed soul by the members of AMKIL today at its office, said a press release by AMKIL.
AMKIL remembered the untiring efforts of H Mema Leima who strove earnestly for the welfare of all and prayed that the departed soul may rest in peace and also extended their condolences to the bereaved family.
Mourning her demise, the Coalition Against Drugs and Alcohol (CADA) too held a condolence meeting at its Head Office at Pureiromba Khongnang Makhong, Konung Mamang today.
The attendees recounted the enormous contributions of Ima Huirem Memma Leima who was the founder member of CADA Jiribam and also served as the advisor of CADA Jiribam District Committee.
Recalling her as a strong leader who work sincerely for the betterment till her last breath, CADA maintained that her demise will be an irreparable loss and prayed that the peace of the departed soul.
