Sepak Takraw players feted

IMPHAL, Dec 18: The reception programme of sepak takraw players who brought home four medals from the 31st Senior National Sepaktakraw Championship held at Lovely Professional University, Punjab was held today at Popular Union Club, Kairang Maning Leikai today.
The programme was organised by the All Manipur Sepak Takraw Association (AMSTA) were was graced by Kh Dorendra, AMSTA president; Th Brajabidhu, ex general secretary of AMSTA; Kh Chaobhal, ex vice president of AMSTA and M Phairenjaoba, president PUC as presidium members, said AMSTA in a press release.
It may be noted that State women's bagged regu event gold and team event silver in the tournament while the men's team settled for bronze in both the team and regu events.
