IMPHAL, Dec 1 : The Joint Tribe Students' Association (JTSA) has cautioned of shutting down all National projects apart from imposing bandh on the National High-ways if the Government fails to start dialogue for resolving the land ownership issue pertaining to the construction National Sports University with all  stakeholders within four days.
Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club today, JTSA convenor Dai-chui reminded that the Government had convened a few meetings to resolve the issue in the presence of Ministers, MLAs, DC, SP and stakeholders, but no tangible solution has been brought till date.
