HC directs

IMPHAL, Dec 23 : Division Bench High Court of Manipur has  issued notice to the Union Government, State Government, ATSUM, KSO and ANSAM to respond to a PIL against frequent imposition of total shutdown and blockade along the two National Highways on or before February 3, 2022.
The petition was filed by one Angom Tomba.
