UKAL starts inspecting Lai Haraoba ceremonies in Jiribam

JIRIBAM, Mar 16: Umang Lai Kanba Apunba Lup (UKAL) has started inspecting all the Lai Haraoba ceremonies being organised at Jiribam.
The above statement was made by Sanasam Lalmani, president of UKAL, Jiri Masa Loisang in a press meet held at the residence of Sagolsem Sarat Mangang in Lamlen Atingbi (Hilghat) on the occasion of its annual meet.
He further appealed to all the Lai Haraoba Committees, Maiba, Maibis and all the concerned to carry out the rituals of Lai Haraoba properly adhering to the laid norms and regulations.
He further requested to all to contact UKAL before carrying out any Lai Haraoba ceremonies.
