Free medical camp held

A one day free medical camp was held today as part of the Awareness Generation and Publicity Scheme at L Chajang village in Kangpokpi district.
The medical camp was organised by the Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Manipur under the supervision of Department of Community Medicine, RIMS and sponsored by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. The medical camp was attended by 5 doctors, 10 doctors (intern), lab technician, paramedical staff and volunteers of Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Manipur and it focus on paediatric, general medicine, skin, eye, ENT and blood testing facility was also made available. The camp was also attended by Chongsin Koireng, member, Manipur State Commission for Women (MSCW) and Nimol Ningombam, media advisor, Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Manipur.
