Celebration of 41st Foundation Day of BJP concludes

BISHNUPUR, Apr 13: The 9 day celebration on account of 41st Foundation Day of BJP which was observed  in different places across Moirang Assembly Constituency culminated today in different events held at the residence of Kheruddin in Ward no 8, Kwakta Municipal Council and at the residence of Serajan Bibi in Ward no 4, Kwakta Gram Panchayat.
The events were organised by BJP Moirang Mandal and Booth Level Committees.
MLA of Moirang A/C P Saratchandra, president of BJP Moirang Mandal Md Abdul Hamid, president of Minority Morcha Moirang Mandal Md Maheruddin, State representative BJP Moirang Mandal K Ibochouba, former councillor of Moirang Municipal Council N Ibomcha along with other members of BJP Moirang Mandal attended the programmes.
Also BJP Moirang Mandal approved the joining of 4 people to BJP from Kwakta Gram Panchayat and were felicitated during the programme.
Addressing the gathering P Saratchandra said that BJP has been working earnestly for the people and has taken up various developmental projects.
He also assured to urge the Government not to shift the Health Sub centre of Kwakta to some other place.
He further asserted that a veterinary dispensary will be constructed soon at Mini Bazar of Kwakta and a market shed has already been constructed and it will be handed over to the public soon. Lastly he extended warm wishes to the people on the occasion of sacred Ramdan month and prayed for a prosperous and peaceful society.
