PCPL launches 'Panthoibi Green Homes'

IMPHAL, Apr 23: 'Panthoibi Green Homes', a real estate residential project taken up by Panthoibi Construction Private Limited (PCPL) which is a subsidiary of Panthoibi Housing Finance Company Limited (PHFCL) was launched today.
The residential project being taken up at Khabam Bamdiar and Meitram was launched by Thokchom Hemo, Managing Director, Panthoibi Housing Finance Company Limited (PHFCL) in the presence of officials and their families.
Thokchom Hemo said this is the first ever project of such kind in the State and it will comprise of 844 complexes including flats, villa and row houses in the two sites. The flats will be of 2-BHK (Bedroom Hall Kitchen) and 3-BHK layouts, he added.
Interested individuals or families can pre-book by paying 10% advance and the balance amount can be paid in EMI at a low interest rate of 6.77% per annum with load duration ranging from 5-20 years, he added.
