Team Licipriya planning to send 100 Oxygen concentrators to Manipur

To save lives, climate and environment activist Licypriya Kangujam is undertaking a drive to provide oxygen concentrators to Covid patients in the country free of cost.
A press release issued by Team Licypriya said that the child activist had already presented O2 concentrators to three families in Imphal since may 15 and is considering dispatching 100 oxygen cylinders to the State.
Saying that Licypriya started this humanitarian service by procuring 100 O2 concentrators from China in late April 2021 to contribute to the fight against the Covid pandemic, the statement added that the efforts of the nine-year-old has been praised by many and donations have started pouring in from across the globe.
Licypirya has so far received over Rs 60 lakh in the form of a donation from over 2,000 people to date, it added.
Further stating that Licypriya has so far procured 300 O2  concentrators and had placed an order for 300 more machines, the statement continued that the newly ordered machines will reach India shortly.
Saying that the climate activist dispatched 62 O2  concentrators to Tamil Nadu, today, it continued the young climate activist had also assisted about 20 Manipuris in Delhi requiring oxygen support.
It then appealed to all who seek the O2 concentrators to drop a message along with a doctor prescription to avail the benefit on her Facebook page.
