Ema Akoijam Janaki condoled

IMPHAL, May 23
Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) condoled the sudden demise of Ema Akoijam Janaki today.
Ema Akoijam Janaki, a resident of Singjamei Mayengbam leikai, was president of Momnu Erikhombi Lup (MEEKHOL) and advisor of WASEDEV who  had been a leading force for many in various issues, said a condolence message by DESAM.
The contribution of Ema Akoijam Janaki in protection of identity and culture of the people of Manipur will never be forgotten and her passing away has left an unfillable void, added the message.
DESAM also prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace and shared the grief of the bereaved family.
Loumee Shinmee APun Lup (LOUSAL) also condoled the sudden demise of Ema Akoijam Janaki, who took a major role in formation of LOUSAL.
