Many donate

Imphal, May 23 (DIPR): Several organisations donated to the Chief Minister’s COVID-19 Relief Fund today.
All Manipur VDF Welfare Association donated their one day honorarium amounting to Rs 28,47,466 (Rupees twenty eight lakh forty seven thousand four hundred and sixty six). The said amount was contributed by all the VDF members of 16 districts of the State so that it could be used for procurement of necessary items used in treatment of Covid patients.
All Manipur Government Drivers’ and Technician’s Association also donated their one day wages from the salary pay of May 2021 to the Relief Fund.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh expressed profound gratitude to the organisations for donating to the relief fund.
