One electrocuted

CCpur, May 8: A labourer engaged by a telecom network provider to erect 5G towers reportedly died of electrocution on the way to hospital yesterday.
The deceased has been identified as Devojit Mili (33), s/o Muladhar Mili of Bhorgaya Gandhali, Lak-himpur Assam.
The incident happened at around 6.10 pm last night at Chongchiin village along Tipaimukh Road in Henglep subdivision wherein Devojit and one other suffered electric shock.
While Devojit succumb-ed on the way to District Hospital Churachandpur, the other victim was admitted at the hospital.
Henglep police station has registered a case of unnatural death and accordingly an autopsy has been conducted today. The body of the deceased has been handed over to the family members, who will be transporting it to their home town in Assam.
