BJP Keishamthong mandal pays homage

IMPHAL, June 23 : As observed across the country and the State, BJP Keishamthong mandal also observed the 68th death anniversary of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and paid rich homage to the late leader. The observance held at the mandal's office at  Hodam Leirak was attended by social worker Nishikant Singh Sapam and other functionaries of the mandal who also paid floral tribute to the photo of Dr Shayama Prasad Mukherjee. BJP Keisham-thong mandal president Wareppa Naba and social worker Nishikant planted trees as a part of the observation programme.
Nishikant Singh, who is also the owner of The Sangai Express, planted more tree saplings later at the new complex of The Sangai Express at Changangei. He also provided meals to 35 inmates from Keishamthong AC currently recovering from COVID-19 at Covid Care Centre Lamboikhong-nangkhong today.
