Waqf board appeals

Waqf Board informed all the Imams of Masjid/Masjid Committee Members/Madrasa Committee Members/Mutwallis/Madrassa Teachers etc. registered under Waqf Board, Manipur that all persons above 18 years of age must get vaccinated for COVID-19 as per the instruction of the State Government.
Waqf Board also added that vaccination has been made mandatory for performing Hajj/Umrah. Health experts have strongly advocated that mass vaccination is an effective way to fight the ensuing pandemic and hence no one should spread unverified rumours or fall prey to such rumours about the vaccines.
The Central Waqf Council (CWC), New Delhi has also instructed all the Waqf related institutions across the country to play a vital role in the mass vaccination campaign.
The board also appealed to all the concerned to get vaccinated at their nearest PHC/CHC/District Hospitals/Mobile/Notified vaccination camps at the earliest and also actively engage in vaccinating all eligible persons in their respective localities.
