Charhajare on verge of becoming 100% vaccinated village

KANGPOKPI, Jul 18: Charhajare village under Saitu AC in Kangpokpi district in on the verse of becoming a 100% vaccinated village as another extensive mass vaccination targeting five hundred beneficiaries was conducted again today at the village community hall.
The vaccination drive was jointly organized by Ngamthang Youth Team for Saitu AC, BJP Saitu Mandal, and Charhajare Youth Club in collaboration with the medical team and police.
More than 300 beneficiaries were vaccinated till 3:00 pm today while the exact number of vaccinated beneficiaries could not be ascertained till the filing of this report.
Speaking to media persons, Khageshor, president BJP Saitu Mandal said that the mass vaccination was organized under the initiative of the local MLA Ngamthang Haokip, who is also the Advisor to Chief Minister.
He continued that with more than 500 beneficiaries vaccinated in the previous vaccination drive along with the similar target of 500 beneficiaries in today's vaccination drive, Charhajare is on the verge of becoming the first fully vaccinated village in Saitu AC.
Khageshor on behalf of the BJP Saitu Mandal and the people of Charhajare extended his sincere gratitude to the local MLA for his concern and efforts for the people of Saitu AC and Charhajare in particular.
