SEIPAL condoles

Seihek Seireng Sheipal Semgatlup (SEIPAL) condoled the untimely demise of renowned writer and poet, Raghu Leishangthem.
A press release by SEIPAL said that Raghu Leishangthem who was a member of the editorial board of SEIPAL  have also contributed earnestly for the upliftment of the organisation. His contributions in Manipuri Literature will always hold a significant place, added the statement. The members of SEIPAL led by its president Dr Athokpam Khelchandra observed two minute silence as a mark of honour to the departed soul and prayed that may his soul rest in peace at the heavenly abode.
