Death anniversary observed

IMPHAL, Sep 15: The 95th death anniversary of Comrade Thokchom Bira Singh was observed today at Irawat Bhavan organised by Irawat Celebration Committee (ICC), Manipur. The event was attended by Dr M Nara, national executive member CPI, L Sotinkumar state secretary CPI, Kshetrimayum Santa, state secretary CPI(M), N Singhajit secretariat member MSC, CPI and L Sumatibala secretary All Manipur Nupi Marup as presidium members.
A press release issued by ICC stated that the family of Comrade Thokchom Bira Singh's spouse, Thokchom Bhanu Devi were also present, as well as RK Amusana secretariat member CPI, S Yaima, Secretary Imphal City District Council, L Thoirel, former assistant secretary and H Ibobi, secretary Manipur Loumi Lup.
