Drugs seized

IMPHAL, Sep 24 : A team of Narcotics and Affairs of Border (NAB) Manipur arrested two individuals along with 5000 bottles of Codeine Phosphate syrup from Lilong on Thursday (September 23).
The two persons have been identified as Md Sabir Khan s/o Md Abdul Rahaman of Lilong Litan Makhong, Thoubal  and Phundreimayum Md Imaran Khan (36), s/o of Md Naijib Ahamad of Sangaiyumpham Nungouphou Mathak Leikai, Thoubal. The drugs were reportedly transported in one Tata Magic bearing Manipur registration number.
