Okram Madhuchandra Singh condoled

All Manipur Bar Association (AMBA) mourned the demise of Okram Madhuchandra Singh, an eminent lawyer and renowned academician who breathed his last on September 3 at Shija Hospital.
In an online virtual condolence meeting held today, the association highlighted his different stages of his life and recalled his role as a lawyer, teacher, chairman of Bar Council of Manipur and stated that besides being a good professional lawyer, he was a noble and polite being who always remained social and helpful to the litigants and its fraternity, said a press release by AMBA.
The attendees observed two minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul and prayed that the departed soul may rest in peace and also extended their condolences to the bereaved family.
Bar Council of Manipur also expressed profound grief on the untimely demise of Okram Madhuchandra Singh.
The Council in a press release stated that during his professional tenure, he spared his valuable time in teaching profession to impart legal knowledge to the young students.
He has held many respectable roles and was a chairman of the Bar Council of Manipur, added the press release.
The Council prayed for the peace of the departed soul.
