Poppy destroyed

IMPHAL, Jan 18 : A combined team of Kamjong district police, MR personnel and officials of Forest Department, Kamjong district destroyed 53 acres of poppy plantation in Kamjong district today.
The drive was conducted by a team led by Addl SP (LO), Kamjong and Addl SP (Ops) under the supervision of SP Kamjong district.
A case has been registered at the concerned Police Station.
