UKAL condemns

Umanglai Kanba Apunba Lup (UKAL) has strongly condemned the use of sacred Umanglai sites for political purposes by certain individuals.
In a statement released today, UKAL has reportedly stated this to be an act of mockery and insult of the highest order towards the Meitei community.
As such, UKAL has urged people to refrain from organising any political meetings, feasts etc on sacred Umanglai sites and defiling them.
