Found dead

IMPHAL, Jan 28 : The body of a man with numerous wounds was found at Thoubal Sabal Tongba Salam this morning at around 6.30.
According to police, the person has been identified as Ashutosh Prasad (35), s/o Siyaram Prasad from Bihar's Mirpur.
He lived in a rented  room at Governor Road, Paona Keithel and ran a bags shop at Kakhulong.
According to a report culled from the spot, the deceased's stomach, neck and back bears marks of multiple stabbings (about 25 times).
The State police retrieved a sickle and a knife from the crime scene.
The body of the deceased has been deposited at JNIMS morgue.
