CS7 U-14 and U-16 TennisAdrika lifts U-14 girls singles title, Nistha and Kritika win girls doubles

IMPHAL, Nov 3 : Adrika Rajkumari lifted the Under-14 girls singles title in the ongoing IDTA-AITA CS7 U-14 and U-16 Tennis Tournament while a pair of Nistha and Kritika emerged winners of the Under-14 girls doubles.
The other winners of the tournament who were decided today are Adrika/Arnavi  in U-16 girls doubles and a pair of  Rahil/Ruhan in U-14 boys doubles.
Adrika Rajkumari defeated Hirva in the U-14 final in straight sets (6/1, 6/2) while a pair of Adrika and Arnavi defeated Pooja and Thoibi in the U-16 girls doubles final  (6/4, 6/1).
In the U-14 boys doubles final,  Rahil and Rahul defeated Arsh and Yashas 6/3, 1/6, 7/6, (10/8) to lift the title while a pair of Nistha/Kritika outperformed Abha and Sernya in straight sets (6/3,6/2) and lifted the U-14 girls doubles title.
Meanwhile, Chandogya and Abhay will square off in the final of the U-14 boys singles final.
Chandogya defeated Ruhan while Abhay beat Arjun Sastry in the semi-finals.
Shanker will play Twijlang in another final (U-16 boys singles).
Shanker made his way to the final by beating Ruhan in straight sets while Twijlang beat Chandogya in  the second semi final.
Arnavi will meet Hirva Rangani in the U-16 girls singles final.
Arnavi beat Adrika in the first semi-final while Hirva outplayed Pooja in the second .
