Juvenile Club emerge IW 2nd Divn League champions

IMPHAL, Nov 8 : Juvenile Club were crowned champions of the 11th K Karnajit Memorial Second Division Football League Tournament organised by Imphal West District Football Association at YWC-Malom Ground.
 Juvenile Club-Tera finished on top with 16 points from 5 wins and a draw in the 7-team tournament as YWC-Malom finished second with 15 points from 5 wins.
In the last day of the tournament, ESA-Mayang Imphal beat SYPA-Sekmai 2-0 to finish fifth with 6 points and condemned their Sekmai rivals to relegation to the third division tier. Dinesh (26') and Serto Laban (37') were on target to help ESA earn all three points.
