Orientation programme held

THOUBAL, Dec 24 : Lions Club of Thoubal, Lions Club of Wangjing and Lions Club of Kakching Greater today jointly hosted the "New Lion's Orientation Programme " for The International Association of Lions Clubs (Lions Clubs International) District 322-D, Region IV at Kshetri Shanglen, Thoubal.
During the first session presided by District Governor, Lion Dr M Gopimohon Singh; Lion Dr Th Gourbidhu Singh delivered a lecture on the topic "Objective History of Lionism" while Lion Y Modhu spoke on "Administrative set-up of Lions Clubs International".
Lion Dr Ksh Manglem Singh and Lion Dr Rajmani Singh also spoke on the occasion.
In the second session, Lion Joy Singh Oinam spoke on "LCI Projects & Clab Services''; Lion H Manikumar Singh on "Protocol in Lionism and Do's& Don'ts" and Lion Y Modhu Singh on "Why I should join Lionism".
Altogether, 50 new members of Lions Club took part in the event.
