LISA to induct players

IMPHAL, Apr 20: The football academy opened under Laishram Ibobi Sports Academy (LISA) situated at Poireikhongjin Mayai Leikai will be inducting U-14 players (not less than 12 years) and U-17 players.
Informing this in a release, Laishram Ibobi Sports Academy said that a trial selection for the purpose will be held on May 1 from 7 am at Kodompokpi Football Ground, Wangjing. 50 players between the age of 12 and 14 years and 22 U-17 players will be inducted into the academy, it said.
Selected U-14 players will be offered free education besides scholarship, the release added. Further details can be had from the office of the academy.
