Sarangthem Manaobi, IPS (Retired) s/o Sarangthem Khoidum Singh of Thongju Part-II, MU Gate No-II, Canchipur has been appointed as Advisor to Chief Minister (Arts and Culture) with immediate effect at no remuneration in public interest.
An order has been issued by N Geoffrey, Secretary to Chief Minister in this regard.
