One surrenders before police

IMPHAL, May 31 :  Thiyam Nipamacha Singh (65) years)  s/o (L) Th Thanbalngou Singh resident of Lilong Shantipur who has been evading police arrest surrendered before the Addl SP (L& O) Thoubal.
Reportedly, he was arrested as per procedure in connection with tampering of land record of 17-Chaobok and issuing of fabricated/fake patta.
