New office bearers elected

The general body meeting of  Mantripukhri Gorkha Youth Club (MGYC) was held today at Shideshwar Mahadev Mandir, Dewrali Dadha, AT Line. As per a press release by MGYC, the general body meeting was attended by youths, students, women leaders and prominent Gorkha personalities of Mantripukhri area and was presided by Puran Dhungana, the outgoing president of MGYC. The meeting was followed by the election of new office bearers. After the election of new office bearers, handing over and taking over of charge was also done. Amit Pun has been elected as the new president, Abhisek Adhikari as the vice-president and Ronit Rana as the general secretary. Altogether a total of 12 new office bearers were elected, added the release.
