HiDiPSAM condemns kidnapping

IMPHAL, Jun 14 : The Hill Districts Private Schools Association Manipur (HiDiPSAM) has strongly condemned the inhuman act of kidnapping Castle Ikror, son of (L) Wungnaoshang Rephung, a student of class IV of KTL Excel Higher Secondary School, Ukhrul by five unidentified miscreants on June 10 and later abandoning him in a gunny sack at Mayotang Zone -II, Ukhrul.
"This sadistic act on the part of the five miscreants has created fear and insecurity among students, parents and the general public," HiDiPSAM said in a statement on Tuesday.
 HiDiPSAM also urged the department concerned to book the culprits at the earliest and expressed its solidarity with ARSUD on this crucial issue.
