Workshop on "Protection & examination of crime scene" held

THOUBAL, Jun 16 : The Department of Anthropology, Waikhom Mani Girls' College, Thoubal Okram, yesterday organised a one day extensive lecture cum workshop on "Protection & examination of crime scene" at the college's seminar hall.
It was attended by Prof H Manoranjan Sharma, principal of Waikhom Mani Girls' College; Kangabam Sadananda, head Department of Anthropology; and L Bilasini Chanu, Scientific officer, Mobile Forensic Unit Imphal East, Pangei as presidium members.
At the event, Dr Konsam Renu Devi, assistant professor delivered the welcome address and Mumtaz Begum, assistant professor proposed the vote of thanks.
