Blessing programme held

NONEY, Jun 17 : An Installation & Blessing Worship programme of Khuidilung Gonmei, Khunpu of Longmai village was held on Friday at his residence in Longmai-4, Noney District HQ.
The programme began with an opening prayer by Mikgui Kamei, pastor Longmai-1, Baptist Church.
It may be mentioned that Khuidilung Gonmei was installed as the new Khunpu after the death of Longmai Khunpu, Lt Kaibajei Gonmei.
During the event, Meiduan Gangmei, Khullakpa of Longmai village declared Kuidilung Gangmei as Longmai village Khunpu in the presence of Longmai villagers and CSO leaders.
Rev G Adim, pastor, chairman Longmai Churches Fellowship (LCF) led the act of blessing while Namdourei Gonmei, clan chairman delivered the welcome address.
Amu Kamei, president of RNPO ANM and Church leaders also took part in the event.
