IMPHAL, Jun 21: Ex-Minister Ksh Biren has been appointed as the president of Janata Dal (United), Manipur State Committee, according to a press release issued by JD-U General Secretary Afaque Ahmad Khan.
It further informed that ex-MLA Dr Kh Loken and retired IAS officer O Nabakishor have been appointed as general secretary (Organisation) and general secretary (Administration) respectively.
