Public store room inaugurated

IMPHAL, Jun 6: A newly constructed public store room and public pond was inaugurated at Waiton Makha Leikai today.
The inauguration programme was organised by Shinglup, PCW, Meira Paibi Waiton Makha Leikai.
The programme was attended by P Surbala Devi, Pradhan Waiton Gram Panchayat, A Sohadeva Singh, president of Waiton Makha Leikai Shinglup, H Jadumani Singh, BDO Imphal East, CD Block Sawombung, E Premjoy Meitei, Upa Pradhan, Waiton Gram Panchayat, A Nonibala Devi and K Bijoy Singh, Ward Members of Waiton Gram Panchayat, Th Anita Devi, president Meira Paibi, Waiton and Kh Bijen Singh, president, Prince Club Waiton.
The dignitaries while speaking at the occasion appreciated the construction of the store room and the public pond and stated that the locals of Waiton will be benefited to a large extent where they will have a place to store things and can use water judiciously.
