ST Morcha BJP Manipur Pradesh has expressed deepest gratitude to Chief Minister N Biren Singh for launching 'Rani Gaidinliu Nupi Singgi Scheme' wherein girl students studying in Class XI belonging to lower income group will receive Rs 25, 000 over a period of two years to complete their secondary education.
ST Morcha BJP Manipur Pradesh in a press release lauded the selfless ideals of the Chief Minister as it will motivate the needy students to focus on their studies which will make a crucial difference in their educational career.
The release further stated that 'It is a great honour for all the Tribals in particular and the whole communities of the State that the name of the freedom fighter 'Rani Gaidinliu' has been rightly chosen for the said scheme.
Such a step will remind the whole country that a small State like Manipur has also contributed in the freedom struggle against the British occupation in India, added the release.
