Sapam Keba seeks support

IMPHAL, Jul 17: MLA of Patsoi Assembly Constituency Sapam Kunjakeswor (Keba) has sought support and cooperation from the residents of the constituency towards the initiative to increase fish productivity.
He made the above appeal while releasing around 160 kilograms of fishes in Takyel Pukhri at Khuraijam Leikai.
It is worth mentioning that he started the initiative of releasing fishes in the locals ponds of the constituency for breeding proposes .
He further stated that he started the initiative with the objective to make Patsoi, a self reliant constituency when it comes to fish production and not to depend on other States.
The initiative will continue for two years and appealed to the local club members to support the cause and help in protecting the fishes, he added.
