The Business Advisory Committee allotted a total of 9 hours and 40 minutes sitting during the first session: 3 hours and 40 minutes for the sitting on 24th March; 3 hours for 25th March and 3 hours for the sitting on 26th March. However, the House utilized a total of 4 hours and 16 minutes: 2 hours and 08 minutes on 24/03/2022; 1 hour 25 minutes on 25/03/2022 and 43 minutes on 26/03/2022. With the utilization of only 44.1% of the total allotted time for sitting, there has been a clear underutilization of time.  Disclaimer: The article has been written based on my personal experience.
