Madan Kumar Limbu condoled

All Manipur Gorkha Students' Union (AMGSU) has condoled the untimely demise of its advisor, Madan Kumar Limbu on August 27, 2022 at his residence in Kanglatongbi, Vijayanagar.
Late Madan Kumar Limbu was survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter, said a release issued by L B Adhikari, president AMGSU.
"He was an iconic person of Manipur from the Gorkha community. Manipur Gorkha community has lost a great and visionary leader", it added.
AMGSU also stated that Late Madan Kumar was founder cum managing director of The Froebel English School, Kanglatongbi.
He was also the president of AMGSU Kanglatongbi Unit from 1991-92, secretary of AMGSU Silver Jubilee Celebration Committee in 1992 and advisor of AMGSU Central Committee from 2017-22.
Thousands of students, guardians, relatives, ex-students, friends, Advisory Board members and officials of AMGSU yesterday visited the premises of The Froebel English School to pay respect to the departed leader.
His body was laid to rest in Kanglatongbi Samshan Ghat yesterday.
